Refund policy
Due to the nature of personal care & supplement products—and in line with industry standards—we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Please note that the following reasons are NOT acceptable for returns or exchanges:

Opened, used, or tampered packaging

Change of mind after purchase

Dislike of taste, texture, color, or fragrance

Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

Reactions, allergies, or sensitivities
We strongly recommend reading the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
Returns:
You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken, or if the package is compromised.

Product post-expiration date.
Return Process:
If you would like to return a product, let us know by emailing us at support@revny.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Your email should contain:

Ensure to include images as proof in your email

To ensure utmost satisfaction and effective resolution of any discrepancies, customers are required to record an unboxing video of the received order.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.

The shipping address you provided while placing the order is incorrect.

You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.

You do not comply with the return policy stated above.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.

The shipping address is not serviceable by us.

You comply with the return policy stated above.

The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.

We are unable to fulfill your order within 45 business days
-
You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.
Return Pick-up (available for most pin codes):

Once we receive a return email request, we will initiate a reverse pickup. A service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days.

If our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
Refund amount Timelines:

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving a refund request.
Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@revny.in within 24 hours with the reason for cancellation.

Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you don't wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to the warehouse, we will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

We recommend doing a trial of all products and reading the ingredient list for any known allergies. No exchange or returns and refunds will be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or colour variations.

We may have to cancel certain orders for reasons such as unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies in product information, or other errors. If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, we will initiate a refund. You can also cancel an order before it is processed and approved by us for a full refund. However, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
